Retrieve available and reserved balances for SMS and MMS.
Returns the organisation’s current balances split into available (spendable now) and reserved (temporarily locked). Reserved reflects amounts held by multi‑party approvals initiated in the web application and any bank return holds. This is a read‑only endpoint; standard rate limits apply.
