Moves SMS between organisations on the platform ledger (no blockchain transaction). Only SMS is supported. Recipient organization UIDs are not public - ask the recipient organisation to share their UID. Validate the UID before submitting via /operations/validate-UID/uid. Fees and monthly limits may apply; consult the Fees/Limits documentation or fees endpoint.
